FLUID CONTROLLING SOLENOID ACTUATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate disorder of an I-Q characteristic, by slidably supporting one end side of a solenoid actuator shaft through a thrust bearing and non- slidably supporting the other end side by an elastic plate material. CONSTITUTION:A fluid controlling solenoid actuator supports its shaft 8 in one end side slidably by a part of a thrust bearing 9a serving as a supporting member 9 while in the other end side so as to be movable in the axial line direction with no sliding by the elastic deformation of a supporting member 10. By this constitution, the actuator, generating no hysteresis and a jumping phenomenon even if a flow quantity is changed, can obtain a good I-Q characteristic.
