According to the present invention, a pin connection carrier is formed in that mutually opposite border regions (4) of a strip (2) of flat sheet-metal material are shaped in that a series of mutually opposite pin connection seats (S), which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the strip (2), are provided. Each seat (S) is formed by pressing out a first and a second tongue (10 and 12), which are connected to one another by a region (14) of the strip material, from a corresponding border region (4) of the strip (2) along first shear lines (6), which extend transversely with respect to the strip (2), and along second shear lines (8), which extend in the longitudinal direction of the strip (2). Each first shear line (6) is common to the first tongue (10) of the seat (S) and to the second tongue (12) of the following seat (S) pressed out of the same border region (4) of the strip (2). A pin or pin connection (P) is placed in the seats of each mutually opposite pair of seats (S), and the tongues (10) of the same are bent around the pin (P). <IMAGE> |
