<p>PURPOSE:To enhance deforming ability by bending a rectangular diaphragm like a trough in the direction of the short side to be accomodated in a long and narrow pressure-tight casing. CONSTITUTION:A pressurized casing 2 is formed long and narrow to enclose a rectangular diaphragm 1 bent in a semicircle, and provided with a lot of pores dispersed in the longitudinal direction as ports with buffering liquid passages. The rectangular diaphragm 1 is bent in the direction of the short side like a trough to be accomodated in the pressurized casing 2. Therefore, the deforming ability is enhanced, and at the time of deformation, a lot of fixing points are provided to control deformation.</p> |
