The watch comprises a rotating bezel (7) held in place on the case body (1) by a peripheral part (2a) of the crystal bezel (2) which overhangs it. The rotating bezel (7) carries, housed in a radial drilling (11), a stop device whose various elements form a whole, consisting of a socket (13) enclosing the skirt (14a) of a stop finger (14) as well as a restoring coil spring (15) tending to keep the finger (14) engaged with a toothing (1b) on the case body (1) so as to ensure the stability of the various angular positions of the bezel (7). The toothing (1b) is ratcheted to prevent the bezel (7) being rotated in the backwards direction. <IMAGE>
