The device is intended more particularly for floats of sailboards. It is constituted by a substantially rectangular frame which is fixed longitudinally on the craft. Mounted at the rear of the frame is a fixed seat 12 and, at the front, a means 6, 7 for the longitudinal sliding of a slide 14 provided with a footrest 20. Fixed on each side of the slide 14 is an arm 21, 22 directed obliquely upwards and outwards, the end of which carries a rowlock 27, 28. <IMAGE>
