(Co)oligomeric hydroxycarboxylic acid derivatives, the preparation thereof, and the use thereof in pharmaceutical compositions

A (co)oligomeric hydroxycarboxylic acid whose carboxyl group has, in at least some cases, been esterified by means of a fatty alcohol or a stearol or has been amidated by means of an amino acid or peptide and whose (co)oligomer component has a molecular weight of 500 to 10,000 and is built up from lactic acid and/or glycolic acid units. Active ingredient-containing microcapsules or implants having a matrix of the above-described products are preferably produced. The active ingredient here is, in particular, pharmacologically active.
