Until now, sliprings, point contacts or the like have been used for transmitting electrical voltage signals from a stationary part to a rotating part. If the rotating part (rotor) has to move through only a limited rotation angle, as is frequently normal in the case of actuating drives, the signals can also be transmitted using a flat ribbon cable 3. This is attached to the stationary part (stator) 1 and to the rotor 2 and runs in a groove 4 in the stator having one or more turns. In order that the flat ribbon cable 3 is guided in an improved manner, it is laid in a loop 5 and, in addition, a guide part 6 is provided which can move in a rotating manner. This guide part 6 is moved by the loop 5 and effectively prevents the flat ribbon cable becoming jammed or winding up in an undefined manner. <IMAGE>
