The invention relates to an air-outlet head for installations for air-conditioning or ventilating rooms, in particular factory halls or production operations, with an intermediate bottom (12) and, arranged therein, controllable slides (12') for air-quantity regulation and with an air-outlet slot (6), from which the air entering the room can be guided in different directions. The inner of the parts (9, 9a, 12, 12', 13), serving to guide the air, of the outlet head have simply cut shapes which are arranged vertically and horizontally inside the outlet head. The screening sheets (9, 9a, 13) and the intermediate bottom (12) with the slide (12') are arranged in such a relation to one another in relation to the outer parts of the outlet head (5, 6', 7, 16, 17, 8) that the air flow introduced into the outlet head can be guided in the required directions depending upon the position of the slide (12') during outlet from the air-outlet slot (6). The screening sheets (9a, 13) are displaceable in the vertical direction and fixable in the displaced position. For displacement, the bottom (8) can be folded down. The outlet head can be made with or without a perforated sheet (6). The position of the slide (12') can be seen on the outlet head from outside by means of a display. The outlet head has only parts which are easy to manufacture and can be manufactured economically. <IMAGE>
