<p>A poultry cut up machine enabling a high production rate whereas the quality of the cuts meets the highest demands, has a sprocket-wheel system which supports a number of retaining means carrying specially designed stretching cones along the blades of at least a breast cutter and/or a wing cutter and/or a longitudinal cutter and/or a cross-bisection means and/or a drum-stick cutter. Special arrangements are made to bring the poultry under tension on the stretching cones during the various cutting operations.</p> |
