<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the sorter device in a coping machine or the like, by detecting the absence of any printed matters on a tray, thereby resetting a counter for controlling the printed matters and counting the numbers thereof with a signal from a passing-through detecting sensor. CONSTITUTION:A light sensors 40, 41a-41m for detecting the absence of any printed matters are arranged on a brief tray 7 and a bin trays 53a-53m, and a counter for controlling the printed matters is reset by the absence signal while the counter value is subjected to zero. And, printed matters A are made to pass through between a receiving roller 2 and intermediate roller 3 and detected by a paper supply sensor 24 so that the counter of the brief tray 7 is made to pass through between a transfer guide 10 and a pulley belt 27 and detected by a light sensor 11a. Thereby, the numbers of the printed matters A are counted by the counter of the bin trays 51a-51m. Thus, it is possible to ensure the high reliable sorter device.</p> |
