PURPOSE:To generate pure torsional vibrations having excellent symmetry strongly by fastening a piezoelectric thickness vibrator and a torsional connector with a bolt and unifying both the vibrator and the connector and working torsional vibrations generated on the end surface of the torsional connector to the bolt. CONSTITUTION:When sinusoidal voltage is applied to lead wires 3, 4, thickness vibrations are generated in piezoelectric vibrators 1, 2, the semicircle of a pedestal 6 brings about the bending vibrations of a mode where a disk for a torsional connector 7 is doubled by longitudinal vibrations, and torsional vibrations are generated in a beam 7'. The torsional vibrations work to a bolt 5 by a pin 9, and torsional vibrations are applied between the bolt 5 and the pin 9 while using the disk for the torsional connector 7 as a fulcrum, thus producing a resonant state in which a disk 8 at a nose is employed as a free end. |
