PURPOSE:To obtain a bathing agent having the original shape and flavor of crude drug and exhibiting extremely excellent effect, easily at a low cost, by supporting a crude drug extract to a hot-spring component and a saccharide and mixing the supported product with raw crude drug and, if necessary, a hot-spring component. CONSTITUTION:A crude drug extract (e.g. extract of Aucuba japonica, Firmiana simplex, Sinomenium diversifolium, Rubia cordifolia, Mallotus japonicus, Akebia quinata, Pieris japonica, etc.; used in the from of a concentrated extract having a solid content of 10-50wt%) is supported on a hot-spring component (e.g. NaCl, Na2SO4, Na2CO3, etc.) and a saccharide (e.g. starch, glucose, dextrin, etc.). The amount of the hot-spring component and saccharide is 10-100pts.wt. per 1pt.wt. of the solid component of the extract. The supported extract is fixed with a raw crude drug and, if necessary, ahot-spring component to obtain the objective bathing agent having improved activity of a medicated bath. Preferably, one dose of the bathing agent is filled in a tea-bag container for decoction. |
