PURPOSE:To stabilize transfer, by a method wherein after etching the surface of an ink nozzle board passing air through an ink nozzle, the resin coating layer for prevention of ink wetting is established on the surface of the ink nozzle board. CONSTITUTION:Air is fed into an air chamber 9 from an air feed port 11, etching solution 6 being stored in an etching chamber 10 continuing to feed air, and an ink nozzle board is dipped into the etching solution 6. Because the feed air is fed into the ink nozzle 1 from the air chamber 9 and successively exhausted into the etching solution 6, only the surface of the ink nozzle board 2 is coarsened by the etching solution without penetrating the etching solution 6 into the ink nozzle 1. After obtaining a required coarsened surface of the ink nozzle board 2, the etching solution 6 is exhausted from the etching chamber 10 and then the feed of air is stopped. |
