PURPOSE:To improve the safety device of the burner by actuating a fire extinguisher based on a tank lid opening signal of a switch turning ON-OFF in linkage with the opening and closing of the tank liq. CONSTITUTION:In this burner, a main burner body A is provided with a supplemental tank accommodating chamber B having a tank lid F. When the tank lid F is opened, a projecting pin S2 of a switch SW projects out. By these procedures, a contact plate S3 is changed over from a contact NO to a contact NC, and a current flows from a power source H to a capacitor C via a resistor R. From this time downward, in a timer circuit T formed by the resistor R and the capacitor C, until the potential at its voltage dividing point M becomes equal to the potential between the base and emitter, a transistor Tr becomes conductive and a solenoid So is turned ON. At that instant, the plunger of the solenoid So pushes the weight of an aseismic fire extinguisher, and a wick is lowered and thus fire extinguishment is performed. Thus, when the supplemental tank is taken out, the apparatus is in a state where fire has been put out, and hence the safety of the apparatus can be improved. |
