PURPOSE:To maintain a stable contact condition of an eccentric rotor and a partition plate, as well as prevent the up and down vibration of spring, by pressing the upper and lower sides of an end of the partition plate to contact to the eccentric rotor arranged in a cylindrical compression chamber by a spring force of a pair of elastic linear springs. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 3 including a cylindrical compression chamber 2 enclosed its upper and lower openings by end plats 4 and 5 respectively is welded and held in an enclosed container 1, and a rotor 6 inserted to the eccentric portion 8 of a rotation shaft 7 is housed rotatable in the compression chamber 2. At the air cylinder 3 is formed a guide groove 9 directing in the radious direction of the compression chamber 2, to which is inserted a partition plate 10 to contact constantly to the outer surface of the eccentric rotor 6. At an end of the partition plate 10, a projection is formed from the step 11, and responding to the projection, a gearing hole 12 is formed at the air cylinder 3, to which is inserted the vertically bent end 18 of an elastic linear spring 13 formed in a curve, while the laterally bent end 17 is geared to the hole of a pin 14, and the springs 13 give a stable pressing force to the partition plate 10. |
