PURPOSE:To reduce the dead volume in a low delivery operation, by reforming the structure of a slider crank linking chain to make it possible to convert the effective length of connecting rods when the exhaust delivery is converted, in a compressor with pistons reciprocating through the slider crank linking chain. CONSTITUTION:A slider pin 3 accomodated in a slider case 4 of a rectangular form is installed rotatably to a crank pin 2 furnished eccentrically to a driving shaft 1, and pistons 8 are linked to both sides of the slider case 4 through connecting rods 6. Two or more sliders 11 are linked through pins 22 to the both outer ends of the slider case 4, and each slider 11 is installed in a guide hole 13 of a guide rail 12. Both ends of each guide rail 12 are linked by link levers 15, and one of the link lever 15 is pivotted at a housing 9 by a pin 25, while the other link lever 15 is fixed to a shaft 14 rotated by a motor 17. The variable delivery control is carried out by controlling this motor 17. |
