PURPOSE:To provide a titled unit in which the surer cost reduction is possible than with the conventional unit by using an inexpensive plastic net in place of a woven nylon fabric heretofore used to form a trap member. CONSTITUTION:A base 24 for a neutralizing layer is bound via a laminated PE layer 23 to a water absorptive layer 22 consisting of, for example, filter paper, woven fabric, water absorptive polymer, etc. to form the trap member 21. A resin 25 for alkaline neutralization is stuck on the base 24 by coating or impregnation, etc. The plastic net 27 is bound via the laminated stripe-shape layer 26 consisting of, for example, PE with the above-mentioned resin 25. The base 24 is formed of, for example, raw paper, plastic film, woven fabric, etc. The resins which are heretofore used for the conventional trap member are usable as the resin 25. A PE net, etc. are used for the plastic net 27. |
