<p>Conventional hinged split moulds on a baking wheel or chain conveyor pass between at least one filling station for dough and one product discharge station. The baked product is ejected from the lower half of the opened mould by (a) hinged ejector(s) which during moulding and baking are inlaid into the base of the lower mould and occupy 1/5 - 1/3 of the area covered by the product. The ejector(s) pass(es) the product to a conveyor belt or to a shaping machine in the case of ice cream cones. Breakage is considerably reduced compared to knife type ejectors.</p> |
