<p>The present invention relates to a mechanically compactable material comprising synthetic pozzolanas, preferably in finely divided form, calcium sulphate, alkaline calcium compounds, preferably finely divided calcium oxide and/or hydroxide, and also, if desired, inert aggregates, with the calcium sulphate being present as calcium sulphate dihydrate and/or anhydrite in particle sizes of from 4 to 32 mm, in particular from 4 to 16 mm. The material of the present invention can be compacted using customary construction machines. It is dimensionally stable and there is no risk of subsidence, settling or leaching. It can be used, in particular, for the substructure of roads or landfills and also as filling material.</p> |
