PURPOSE:To improve the function of the captioned machine tool by providing a pressure accumulator relaxing pressure variation and a detecting means monitoring pressure of closed pressure medium. CONSTITUTION:With a previously specified clearance S reaches a degree of 1mm., an oil inlet 18 and an oil outlet 18' are automatically shut by the signal from a detecting bar 48, the cylinder itself is rotated and the processing operation is started. The pressure accumulators 26, 26' built in the cylinder body relax the impact pressure of pressurized fluid during the operation and displace belleville spring suitably when the pressure makes variation. For instance, when a part of pressure oil leaks, a decrease of fluid pressure caused by micro-displacement of the piston is immediately compensated in response to the fluid pressure decrease. |
