<p>PURPOSE:To transmit the working program data of large capacity with no division by using a ring type buffer as a memory in a machine interface device. CONSTITUTION:A host computer system 7 receives a down-load instruction answer and transmits the working program data to a machine interface device 18. The device 18 stores this received data in a ring type buffer memory 12 and advances a receiving buffer pointer. While the device 18 confirms whether the memory 12 contains the data or not when a PTR start request is received from an NC device 9. If the memory 12 stores the data, a character is sent to the device 9 and a transmitting buffer pointer is advanced. Thus the device 18 performs the control processing every time it receives the working program data from the system 7 and the PTR start request from the device 9. Then the device 18 supplies the working program data to the device 9 without dividing it.</p> |
