PURPOSE:To correctly and rapidly manage entrance/exit by measuring a time from a start of every horizontal scanning to a profile to extract an outline, collating a value measured when a person enters and goes out of a specific place and a value previously registered in a collating device and permitting the entering and going out if the value is situated within a set allowable value. CONSTITUTION:When a passer himself designates an identified person by inputting an ID card through a cipher or supplying a registration card, the identification data of the passer registered in a collating device 4 is fetched making a position of a horizontal scanning start of a time shared scanning line by a video input device 2 a reference value, a time to the position to a profile line is obtained from the number of counts, for instance by synchronizing a counter start time with the horizontal scanning start time and the profile line succeeding to the forehead, the eye, the nose, the mouth, the jaw or the like having a characteristic of the individual is measured by an outline signal processing device 3. Then, the comparison and the collation of the identification data and the face data are performed in the collating device 4, passing a decision considering an allowable error between the data, and as a result, an accept ance of a rejection of entrance/exit is displayed on an output device 5. |
