PURPOSE:To make a sequence program processing speed extremely higher and, at the same time, to automatically diagnose the abnormality of production facilities which are the controlled systems of PCs, by clearly separating a process stepping main program section from the sequence process treating program of each process treatment. CONSTITUTION:A program in a sequence program storing section 100 is stored after it is separated into a subdivided program group 10' which is divided into processing units and a process stepping main program 10 which collectively controls whole programs by actuating necessary sequence process treating programs only out of the program group 10'. The process stepping main program 10 sweepingly scans all main program instructions 10 at every fixed time intervals by means of cyclic timer signals 216 produced by a cycle actuating timer 213 and discriminates that which sequence process treating program is to be actuated at which step. |
