This invention describes stereo FM device of 8mm magnetic recording and reviving device. two rotating sound heads are located in constant angle ( 0≦̸<alpha≦̸< 90≦̸) between first and second video tape so that stereo FM sound is recorded and revived in recorord and revival mode and it is possible to use mono FM sound device simultaneously. The used component of the invention are; Amp, noise-rejection device, FM modulator, carrier filter, mixer, envelope amp., free amp., alpha≦̸- shifter buffer, half-wave rectifiers switching circuit.
