<p>PURPOSE:To display what food to eat and how much of it to eat by calculating the weight value, measurement quantity, and nutrition constituent values of a food necessary to intake the desired amount of energy from the food-data of said food specified by its food-code number and said amount of energy desired to be taken in. CONSTITUTION:The food-code numbers allocated beforehand to respective foods and the desired amount of energy to be in-taken, are treated as input data. When said data is inputted, from among the food-data consisting of the weight values and measurement quantity values per a prescribed unit of energy of respective foods and of the nutrition constituent values included in said weight which are stored in a storing means, the one that corresponds to the inputted food-code number is read out. Based on this data and the amount of energy to be taken in, the the necessary weight value, measurement quantity of the food, and the nutrition constituent values included in said weight value are calculated.</p> |
