PURPOSE:To get rid of liquid blockade in order to smooth continuous charge and discharge by a method in which, a unit cell is constituted by laminating a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate and further a dipole plate on both sides of a diagraphm, while the opposing two sides of the cell are provided with positive electrode liquid inflow and outflow paths and the negative electrode liquid inflow and outflow paths respectively. CONSTITUTION:A negative electrode plate 52a is composed of a reaction electrode 53 made of a carbon cloth and a frame body 54 made of an elastic material such as rubber while providing a pair of opposing to sides of the frame body 54 with a positive electrode liquid inflow path 64d and a positive electrode liquid outflow path 62d respectively. Further, a negative electrode liquid inflow path 65d and a negative electrode liquid outflow path 63d are formed on the other two sides of the frame body 54 respectively while providing the inside of the frame body 54 with slits 83 and 84 to smooth liquid flow from those inflow paths to those outflow paths. And, the positive electrode plate is made of the same construction, while the positive electrode 51a, and the negative electrode 52a and the dipole plates 54a, 54b having the same inflow and outflow paths are laminated having a diaphragm 3a therebetween for forming a unit cell of said laminated body. In this way, a flow of the electrolyte is made smooth. |
