PURPOSE:To obtain a fibrous pitch without shot and curl from pitch as a raw material by a melt blowing method, by forming an annular gas extrusion holes concentric with a pitch spinning hole and jetting a gas from the annular gas extrusion holes. CONSTITUTION:Plural spinning nozzles 20 are mounted o die body 2 and a capillary tube 30 is embedded in the end part of each nozzle body 22. Circular holes 5 concentric with spinning holes 31 are perforated in an air plate 3 so that the capillary tubes 30 may pass through the air plate 3. The hole diameter of the holes 5 is 0.7-10mm, preferably 1.5-6mm. The gas consumption can be reduced more than a conventional knife edge type die. |
