发明名称 IMPROVING METHOD FOR ADHESION STRENGTH OF POLYOXYMETHYLENE HIGHLY ORIENTED MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a method of bonding strongly between polyoxymethylene oriented materials or between polyoxymethylene oriented material and the other material, by roughening and napping the surface of the polyoxymethylene oriented material. CONSTITUTION:In bonding between polyoxymethylene highly oriented materials whose tensile modulus is more than 10 Gpa or between the polyoxymethylene highly oriented material whose tensile modulus is more than 10 Gpa and the other material, simultaneously with previous roughening of the surface of said polyxymethylene highly oriented material adhesion treatment is performed after napping. When the polyoxymethylene highly oriented material which is more than 10 Gpa is ground with sandpaper, adhesive strength is improved as simultaneously with roughening of the surface the napping is generated and every piece of nap is joined with an adhesive agent. It is important to make the mesh of the sandpaper finer than 300 meshes, for fine nap is hard to occur when the mesh is coarse.
