PURPOSE:To position a scriber in correct horizontal and vertical directions, by providing a second scriber supporting member with a mechanism which is flexible in the direction of a lateral scale axis, and by applying fine adjustment to the direction of the finger of the scriber by the deflection of the mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A second scriber 18 directed parallel to the axial direction is fixed to a second scriber supporting member 16 by a fastening screw 19. Moreover, a slit 14 is formed in a supporting element of the second scriber supporting member 16, i.e. a rectangular projection 13, and this projection is provided with an adjusting screw 15 which opens and closes a gap of the slit 14 to deflect the supporting element of the second scriber supporting member 16 so as to move (displace) finely the supporting element by utilizing the deflection. According to this construction, the second scriber 18 can be positioned accurately in the horizontal or vertical direction by a fastening operation of the adjusting screw 15. |
