PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition improved in both thermal shock resistance and low linear expansion coefficient without impairing electrical properties, by incorporating an unsaturated polyester resin with a combination of polybutadiene polymer and urethane oligomer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) 10-25wt% of an unsaturated polyester resin, (B) 1-15wt% of a polybutadiene polymer (e.g., a compound of formula I), (C) 0.4-4wt% of an urethane oligomer (e.g., a component of formula II), (D) 5-20wt% of glass fiber and (E) the rest of inorganic filler (e.g., calcium carbonate) so as to be >=1 in the weight ratio B/C. |
