Modular, triangular building system (annex no. 1) made of timber, aluminium, concrete, steel or synthetic material, which is prefabricated in a factory. Modular elements, made up of doors, windows, insulation, roofs and floors, characterised by block fixings for installation on the site. Composite unit for building a module of 14 absolutely equal triangles, to allow rapid assembly of a module. The invention is characterised by the plumbing system and kitchen assembly, which is designed to be accommodated with the least possible wastage of space. It is characterised by the installation of a set of rapid connections for the septic tank, the plumbing and the electricity. Another characteristic of the invention is that all the connections (water, electricity, sewerage) are housed in the wall and floor elements so as to allow rapid assembly. One of the other important characteristics of the invention is that it only takes one day for two men to assemble this module.
