This certificate of addition refers to European Patent No. 0052174 of 19 September 1984, covering a filter press in which composite components 10 made up of frames and membranes are taken out of the filter for discharging the cakes and for washing the filter fabrics covering the plates 11, remaining in the filter. The addition relates to the application of the same members, transferred from the plates 11 to the composite components 10 and vice versa in order that the composite components 10 should remain in the filter, while it is the plates 11 that come out of and reenter the filter, which still performs the same cyclic operations related to the main patent, for solid/liquid separation in industries and water treatments.
