PURPOSE:To protect a sample material and also to improve the reliability of the result of a test, etc. by delivering the sampling value of this time and that of the preceding time to a servo system when the difference the sampling values of this time and the preceding time is within and outside the allowable value respectively. CONSTITUTION:A control signal A given from a computer control system 1 is sent to a control signal monitor device 4, and a control signal B of the device 4 is sent to a servo system 2 to give servo control to the main body 3 of a test device. The device 4 contains a CPU11 which executes a program and controls peripheral devices, a memory 12 which stores the sample value, etc., an A/D converter 13, a D/A converter 14, etc. Then the signal A is read in a prescribed sampling cycle. The sampling values of this time and the preceding time are supplied to the system 2 as the signal B when the difference between the sampling values of this time and the preceding time is within or outside the allowable value respectively. |
