A composition for a material of the "concrete" type composed of an inorganic skeleton and a hydraulic binder. This composition is characterised in that it comprises, in combination: - an inorganic skeleton of an alkaline material; - a hydraulic binder, itself composed of three constituents, namely a hydraulic material, a pozzolanic material and a setting and hardening catalyst. The invention concerns the construction materials industry.
