At one end, an anchor stem (10) carries a pivotable lug (16) which acts through a locking device in a locking or releasing manner on an anchor body which is fastened to a shaft (50) and consists of radial hook pairs (41, 41A; 42, 42A; 43, 43A). In the locking position of the lock (35), the largest hook pair (43, 43A) can pivot freely through 240 DEG from the position extended with the stem. The pivoted position of the lug (16) acts via a toggle lever (12A, 11) on the lock (35), the dead centre position being in the locking position. A weight (13) protects the locking when the stem (10) and lug (16) are lying. A further embodiment is disclosed. <IMAGE>
