Continuous fibres are passed into a cement grout and are tension-wound into at least one layer on a layer previously projected on to a mandrel, and comprised of a mixture of cement and short fibres. Thereafter, an appropriate drying time is provided to allow the hollow body to dry. The device comprises three vats (3, 4, 5) which are displaceable in a direction parallel to the axis of the rotary mandrel (1) and a pivoting arm (8) provided with a projection device (10) for projecting the mixture of short fibres and cement as well as means (12) for applying the tensioned continuous fibres. |
