PURPOSE:To make it possible to simplify the preparation and the control of the developer and to reduce the cost of the developing processing by providing an overflow pipe and a supplement tank of the developer, thereby using the overflowed developer as a replenisher. CONSTITUTION:The negative type silver halide photographic sensitive material which is set to a magazine of the automatic developing process machine 1 is developed in a developing tank 3 through a black box 18. The developer is supplied to the developing tank 3 from a replenisher tank 7 through a replenisher pipe 23 and a measuring tank of the replenisher by means of a replenisher pump 11. The excess developer flows in the replenisher tank 10 through the overflow pipe 20 of the developer. The overflowed developer flowed in the tank 10 is fed to the developing tank of the direct positive silver halide photographic sensitive material of the internal latent image type, and is used as the replenisher. Thus, only one kind of the replenishment developer is used, and the preparation and the control of the developer are simplified, thereby making it possible to reduce the cost of the developing treatment. |
