In order to improve the functional reliability of a change-over valve for sanitation fixtures with a housing, having one inlet and two outlets, for basin filling sets with hose connection for hand-held shower attachments, the inlet opening into a housing chamber which has in each case one valve seat in two essentially horizontal chamber walls which are located opposite one another and arranged at a distance from one another and which can be alternatively closed or opened with a valve body which is arranged between the valve seat and closes in the direction of flow, one of the outlets additionally adjoining each valve seat at its side facing away from the valve body, the, in the installation, lower one of which leads to the discharge of the basin and the upper one of which leads to the shower hose, and the valve body resting by means of spring force against the, in the installation, upper valve seat, being capable of being rested against the lower valve seat counter to the spring force by means of an externally actuable handle and being held in this position by the back pressure of the flow medium prevailing in the inlet, it is proposed that the handle (11, 12) and valve body (10) be constructed as separate, non-connected components and both parts be assigned one restoring spring (13, 14) each. <IMAGE>
