The invention relates to a method of producing dental prosthetic bridges from individual bridge members in which the individual teeth, groups of teeth and bridge members arranged so as to fit exactly on the working model are soldered to one another directly on the model - of an incombustible material - to give the finished part. Heating of the soldering gap region to the operating temperature is effected via a high-energy heat source so quickly that the soldering operation is concluded within a few seconds, so that any significant heating of the working model is avoided. This method makes it possible to omit the previously necessary, multi-stage soldering operation: fixing on the working model, removal of the block, embedding, where appropriate, in a soldering composition and subsequent soldering, and due to the lack of intermediate steps it ensures a significant increase in the fitting accuracy of the dental prosthetic bridge and quicker production.
