Process and arrangement for hydraulically underpinning a structure during its displacement

During its displacement, a structure is underpinned on compliantly bedded and/or flexurally soft tracks by means of a plurality of hydraulic jacks. In order to avoid a change in the reaction forces owing to deformation or settling and to achieve statically determined supporting, the jacks, in three separately located groups, are each acted upon with a constant pressure ratio, the supply and discharge of pressure medium to at least one group being controlled in dependence on the inclination of the structure.
