Boiler installation with an oil or gas burner, in the air suction line of which a throttle flap is arranged, which is mounted pivotably on a pivot pin and which can be brought from a closed position running transversely to the suction line into at least one opening position by means of an actuating means having a servomotor, a two-part soft seal being provided, which seals in an airtight manner relative to the air suction line the outer edge, running on both sides of the pivot pin, of the throttle flap in its closed position, and one section of which interacts sealingly with the front side of the section of the throttle flap situated on one side of the pivot pin and the other section of which interacts with the rear side of the section of the throttle flap situated on the other side of the pivot pin in the closed position of the throttle flap. <IMAGE>
