<p>PURPOSE:To automatically controllably coordinate all production lines by setting upper and lower limit addresses having a predetermined reference address as the center and searching present operations to inform each operator of excessive lag or advance. CONSTITUTION:A main assembly line 1 and a sub-assembly line 2 are juxtaposed and synchronously operated. Indicating data sent from a central controller 3 is synchronization with the main line 1 are stored in FIFO (fore input, fore output) memory enclosed in a production indicating terminal machine 4. When the number of stored indicating data reaches the upper limit value set to FIFO memory, the upper limit warning for inhibiting to send the indicating data from the terminal machine 4 to the central controller 3 is generated to light a lamp 6 for informing an operator 5 on the sub-line 2 of operation lag. Reversely in the case of excessive advance, an advance warning lamp 7 is lit.</p> |
