PURPOSE:To constitute a car body frame having high rigidity by casting-molding the skeleton structure body which constitutes an engine room and the floor part of a car body and the skelton structure body which forms a driver's space from light alloy and joining the both structure bodies. CONSTITUTION:The first skelton structure body 12 is constituted of a front part 13 forming an engine room and a floor part which constitutes a driver's space and the bottom part of a rear part. Further, the second skelton structure body 14 is constituted of the side frames 44a-44c which constitute a door, etc. and side center frames 48a and 48b, etc. The above-described skelton structure body is formed integrally through the casting molding of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, etc. A car body frame 10 is constituted from the jointing of the first and the second skelton structure bodies. |
