<p>PURPOSE:To be able to save energy and reduce environmental pollution while heat efficiency is improved by circulating and supplying burnt exhaust gas as burning gas in such a way that burnt exhaust gas taken out is mixed with gas containing high concentration oxygen and oxygen concentration of a mixture is made the same as that in the air. CONSTITUTION:Heating tubes 2 are installed in the mainbody 1 of a furnace and heated fluid L is introduced into the tubes 2 and heated fluid L is heated by the burning of fuel F via the tubes 2. From upstream of damper 5 placed in an exhaust gas path 4 at least a part of burnt exhaust gas Gw is taken out, and a circulation path 6 which circulates and supplies exhaust being taken out as burning gas G for fuel F along with fuel F into a burning device is installed. A supply pipe 9 is connected to the path 6 from a device 7 which is able to supply pure oxygen and/or gas containing high concentration oxygen and air A0 enriched in oxygen as pure oxygen and/or gas containing high concentration oxygen is supplied and mixed with burnt exhaust gas Gw in the path 6 and the mixture is supplied to the burning device as exhaust gas G for burning.</p> |
