摘要 |
PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of no-load voltage and discharge performance of a copper oxide lithium cell by partially discharging under specific temperature environment within specific time upon assembling of cell. CONSTITUTION:Copper oxide and metal lithium are employed respectively as main positive electrode material and negative electrode material while non- aqueous electrolyte is employed to form a small and flat copper oxide lithium cell. Within 24hr upon assembling, a portion of the electrical capacity is preliminarily discharged under 20 deg.C environment. The shorter the time after completion of assembling to the preliminary discharge, the more the fluctuation of no-load voltage or discharge can be reduced while limiting the environmental temperature at 20 deg.C resulting in effective stabilization of the cell characteristic. |
