PURPOSE:To prevent an engine from stalling at a low sped range, by installing a delayer delaying a desired speed signal as long as the specified time, and also a selector selecting a signal out of a voltage generator so as to be transmitted to a current amplifier under the specified condition. CONSTITUTION:Only in case a deviation at an adder 50 is minus, a signal for reducing the discharge of a variable displacement pump is generated at a function generator 53. A voltage signal equivalent to the minimum discharge of the variable displacement pump 7 is fed to a selector 56 by a voltage generator 54. A desired speed signal is delayed as long as the specified time at a delayer 55 and fed to a comparator 57. When operating speed of a throttle lever exceeds the fixed value, a signal (d) out of a pulse generator 59 is inputted into the selector 56 as long as the specified time. Thus, an engine stall at a low speed range is preventable. |
