<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a driving system by arranging a red filter on an opposite part between one signal electrode out of three adjacent signal electrodes and respective scanning electrodes, a green filter on an opposite part between another signal electrode and respective scanning electrodes and a blue filter on an opposite part between the residual signal electrode and respective scanning electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Respective signal electrodes S1-Sn are bent like saw teeth setting up three scanning electrodes out of scanning electrodes C1-Cn as one pitch and the sheared width of each signal electrodes within the one pitch in the scanning electrode length direction is sheared only by one dot pitch in each scanning electrode. The red filter is arranged on the opposite part between one signal electrode and respective scanning electrodes, the green filter is arranged on the opposite part between another signal electrode and respective scanning electrodes and the blue filter is arranged on the opposite part between the residual signal electrode and respective scanning electrodes. Namely, red, green and blue dots are alternately display in both the vertical and horizontal directions to improve the mixing of respective dot colors. Consequently, the driving system can be simplified.</p> |
