Galvanic element having at least one electrode whereof the active material comprises a conductive organic polymer compound having a polyconjugate structure and being dopable with cations or anions, which electrode has an aluminium conductor, characterized in that the polymer compound is formed from the respective monomer on which it is based by electrochemical deposition on an aluminium support on which its natural oxide skin is left but which is provided with an electron-conducting coating.
