摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled toner having improved properties of a fixing property and an anti-offset property by applying a vinyl type coplymer obtd. by reacting a vinyl type monomer contg. a monomer having an electron attractive group as an essential component and a lactone modified epoxy (meth) acrylate resin as a binder of the toner. CONSTITUTION:The vinyl type copolymer obtd. by reacting the vinyl type monomer contg. the monomer having the electron attractive group as the essential component and the lactone modified epoxy (meth) acrylate resin is used for the titled toner as the binder. The lactone modified epoxy (meth) acrylate resin is prepared by effecting a ring-opening polymerization of 3-30wt% the lactone to a whole or a partial secondary hydroxy group of the epoxy (meth) acrylate resin contg. at least one or more of an unsatd. group in a molecule. Thus, the titled toner having the remarkably improved properties of the fixing property and the anti-offset property and also having a less tendency for generating a stain due to a vinyl chloride resin and a good anti-printing property is obtd.
