PURPOSE:To obtain a copy shifted from an original image in a direction rectangular to the advancing direction of copying form and to form a space for a binding margin by arranging a driving device for driving a lens movable carriage, an image position designating device for instructing the moving position of the lens moving board and a control device for regulating the moving distance. CONSTITUTION:When the front end point B of an original 12 and a point C separated from the pint B by a distance (l) are successively depressed with an indication pen 14 from the surface of a position detecting plate 13, the image position designating device 15 sends the positional data of the points B, C to the control device 11, which sends a pulse for moving the lens movable carriage 6 by 1/2l distance in the arrow D direction to a pulse motor 9. The pulse motor 9 rotates a feed screw 8 in the clockwise direction, and after moving the carriage 6 by the 1/2l distance in the arrow D direction, stops the rotation. Consequently, the end point B of the original is moved on an electrostatic recording body 2 by the distance (l) in the arrow D direction to form the image by setting up a point B1 as its edge. Copying form 16 is supplied to a position indicated as width E before the movement of a lens 3. Consequenlty, a copy providing a binding margin with a fixed width in the advancing direction of the copying form can be obtained. |
